Positive: The house is very nicely decorated and well presented, beds comfortable and nice bedrooms / on suites a bonus. Hot tub was good after being out all day, kitchen well equipped and walking distance to a nice pub. Good to walk the dog by the estuary. Thank you for the fab welcome gift!

Negative: It was very cold when we arrived took hours to warm up, felt like no one had been there for a while! Very little wood for log burner insufficient for first evening so we had to go out and buy more soon after we got there! There was an infestation of ladybirds in one of the bedroom, around 200 which we mentioned but wasn’t acknowledged by the company! Maybe they thought we were joking? Dining area not sufficient to seat people, extremely small area, we managed as we ate out but wouldn’t have been able to sit to have a meal in comfort!

Summary: Fabulous house for a get together of 10 people and 2 dogs. Lovely area near beach and close to St Ives .
