Fully fenced front and backyard, with off street parking and plenty of room for a boat. Perfect family holiday house with separate bungalow/games room ideal for young families with children.
Fully self contained kitchen with new appliances, large family living and dinning areas, flat screen TV, DVD and games. Outdoor entertaining areas in both the front and backyards, sit and watch the boats go by or escape the sun and enjoy a private BBQ in the landscape garden.
Bedding consists on 3 new queens sized beds. (Sleeps 6) Pillows and Duvet provided please bring your own linen and towels. Seperate games room/lounge TV in backyard entertainment room. Single renovated bathroom, please note laundry facilities are available in town if required.
