Positive: The location is INCREDIBLE. And the expérience worth it. But this place is a gift from nature. The dinner , a korean bbq, was interesting. The villa is so quiet

Negative: No more than 5 min of hot water in the shower. Not enough hot water to fill a quarter of the bathtub. Even if the staff came twice to solve a problem they don’t know about. It’s mostly too hot water or too cold. And , trust me, it’s cold out there in the mountain. No one came after dinner to clean the dinner table (Korean bbq leftover) everything stay there on the table until 10:30Am In the morning when we asked for the breakfast and a clean ! Breakfast : not what you expect for 310€ a night. Defintely not worth all that money PS: No coffee. No tea. There is a drip coffee machine and all things to do it yourself(even coffee bean and grounder) that could be a cool expérience to do it by yourself waking up with that INCREDIBLE view. BUT THERE IS NO PAPER FILTER AND WE ASK 3 TImes and nobody answer us. Even now 10 hours after departure. Nobody to check out too. We are feeling we arent welcome by the end of the day. Be cause of what ? We ask for a hot shower (10 degrees outside) and it lasts for a hour to find a solution and to just warm us up a lil ?? The pool outside is too cold in the morning we can’t use it. So if you want to profit from this, come early in the afternoon for check in.
