Within easy walking distance of English Harbour and the idyllic Pigeon beach, The Hill Club is a delightful four-bedroom villa set in lovely gardens with a private pool. The house overlooks Nelson's Dockyard and out towards Fort Berkeley with the view framed on either side by Shirley Heights to the East and Pigeon Point Hill to the West, making this undoubtedly one of the best views in the Caribbean.
A spacious open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge and a separate air conditioned TV den and library. Each of the four bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with rain-shower and outdoor terrace or balcony with bay or garden views. The living area is light and airy with opening bifold glass doors to the front and rear verandahs so that the whole space can be opened to the cooling trade winds.
The villa features beautiful Brazilian teak flooring throughout and stunning landscaped gardens. The front and rear verandahs offer 50 feet of covered outdoor space, perfect for relaxing and dining, complete with an outdoor barbecue. Additionally, a 30ft by 16ft swimming pool with comfortable loungers overlooks the iconic Nelson’s Dockyard, creating the ideal setting for both relaxation and entertainment.
The villa includes housekeeping five days a week (Monday to Friday), a dedicated villa manager, weekly linen changes, air conditioning and fans in all bedrooms for added comfort.
Within a short walk is the buzzing atmosphere of English Harbour, the centre of the island’s yachting and social scene, and beyond, the excellent Pigeon beach and Catherine’s Café restaurant. Across the bay, the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Nelson’s Dockyard is perfect for exploring and discovering the island’s history.
Water Sport centres are in several locations in the surrounding bays and a regular water taxi runs from Nelson’s Dockyard to Galleon Beach for reef snorkelling in warm, crystal clear waters. Within walking distance, Pigeon Beach is ideal for families with safe swimming and snorkelling. A scenic drive away along the coast is Half Moon Bay, a local favourite for surfing.
