Summary: To celebrate my 70th Birthday we stayed for two nights. There was a mixed age range from 5 yrs old. The property is ample for a large group without being in each others way. There were 15 in our party and two dogs (property secure to let them out of the back door. Sufficient bathrooms and showers. Property well placed for Peasholm Park, the beach and The Hide Out (bistro) about 80 yards from property. Parking was not an issue as provided with parking permits for when needed. All in all a great place to stay.
