Negative: To be honest, I was quite disappointed with my stay at Snow Leopard. I understand that hostels come with certain expectations, but basic cleanliness should never be compromised. When I walked into my room, I found a cat sleeping on my bed. When it was moved, it clawed the entire sheet off the bed - and the sheet was absolutely covered in cat hair. I would have expected the staff to replace the bedding immediately, but that didn’t happen. It’s a shame, because a bit more attention to hygiene and guest comfort could make a big difference to the overall experience.
