Positive: Location, cleanliness, comfort, decor, room size, dinner.

Negative: Sadly, the shower didnt work but I did have a bath instead. At breakfast I had to find a member of staff to get me a spoon as there were none available. I also had to call over a member of staff to request a pot of tea. Staff were pleasant but not very attentive I'm afraid. Also , despite having paid for a twin room and 2 breakfasts, I was not offered a cooked breakfast at all.

Summary: Almost perfect but breakast service let it down.
