Summary: staff was friendly enough but we were put on 5th floor with a winding narrow stairs! We are near 80 and my husband has balance issues and uses a cane. We used Hotel.com for booking that shows no stairs for my husband. Apparently we couldnot be moved because of Holel.com. This is second time and more serious with Holel.com.Plus my cousin booked not using Hotel.com got a better room, no stairs and better price. I will not use Hotel.com again and risk my husband's safety!
