Summary: The staff were very courteous but the hotel was let down by us having to move room immediately as there was a main light not working and there weren’t any replacement bulbs available. The room did actually smell very unpleasant, so the move was welcomed. Our second room (217) was fine but maintenance had to visit as the radiators were cold and required bleeding.
