Positive: Good size apartment and in Town centre. Good views

Negative: Quite a few steps to get to flat 2,then again we knew that.Some reviews saying shower head broken, it still is,which is very disappointing. Freezer compartment completely full of ice,needs defrosting .Single bed mattress needs replacing. Been a bad leak near the telly,full of water stains.Apartment is clean and nice,but needs some TLC and a lick of paint in most rooms.Frying pans needed cleaning,filthy.Few more ornaments,cpl of wardrobes would help as apartment is a bit bare.
