A unique home to explore the nearby beaches and sights such as Schinias National Natural Park, the Marathon Battlefield Monument and Tomb, Chalkis town and Evia island.

The flat offers two spacious and bright bedrooms. There is one double air-conditioned bedroom with bedside tables, lampshades, and wardrobes. In the same room there is an extra single sofa bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. All rooms are bathed in plenty of sunlight, and offer views of the surrounding area. They are discreetly decorated in pale textiles, wooden and iron furniture. A sixth person can sleep on the living room sofa that turns into an extra bed.

There is a bathroom with bathtub and shower. A washing machine is available. All kinds of essentials, towels & toiletries are provided for our guests.

The living room has one main sitting area with two sofas, an armchair and a coffee table plus one more cosier sitting area with fireplace and TV. There is also a dining table.
