Summary: Lage und Größe der Wohnung sind für Ausflüge an den Strand und auf die Shoppingmeile ideal. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am sehr belebten Alten Strom mit Außengastronomie und hat einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Die Möbel sind sehr modern und geschmackvoll, ebenso die Dekoration. Zur Ausstattung: das Kochgeschirr ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig: zwei große Töpfe und eine große Pfanne, alles aus Edelstahl und damit in mittelgutem Zustand. Zeitweise gab es Probleme mit der Heizungsanlage im Haus, so dass über Stunden, laute mechanische Geräusche zu hören waren (bis 22:30 Uhr und ab 8:00 Uhr). Der Kontakt zur Notrufnummer war sehr freundlich, auch wurde versucht das Problem zu erklären.
