Summary: Ruhig, geräumig, grosser Garten Innen recht dunkel (historisch bedingt dicke Wände), niedrige Türrahmen (Aua! - bin auch nur 170cm), kurze Treppentritte. Haustechnik mangelhaft: anfangs teils kein Kaltwasser wg vollkommen verkalkter Zuleitungen, dann Leck im Technikraum wg fehlerhafter Montage. Clobrille mit Schäden, Kühlschranktür an falschem Anschlag montiert. WLAN quasi unbrauchbar (max 2MBit Downstream zw. Provider und Router). Mobilfunknetz am Haus sehr gut (H+).
