It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. Penthouse 4 direct ocean view with balcony. This 1500 sq ft oversize 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom modern apartment is a true gem with contemporary furnishings, granite kitchen, dining area seats 8, living area with entertainment center. Master bedroom with it's own private bathroom which has a shower and separate whirlpool tub for 2, double vanity and bidet. Master bedroom has a walk in closet with built-ins and although shows a king double bed, we have added a bonus double queen bed.
Guest bedroom has two double size queen beds sleeps 4. Each room has it's own smart TV's. Central air conditioning.
Fully equipped kitchen includes side by side refrigerator, wall oven, electric cook top, microwave and dishwasher, double bowl stainless steel sink and granite counter tops.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean.
