Summary: This was a well equipped property well suited to my needs for a quiet family gathering. 10mins walk from the beach and well equiped. A little unclear in description that property is on two levels. The main level has 3 rooms and living space. Lower level accessed from outside or though utility room is self contained with bedroom and small living area with sofa bed and kitchen sink. I found this setup quite suited my group.
