Positive: *Location excellent *Coffee machine excellent *plenty of towels - thank you. *Laundry worked well (lots of wet weather) *air con worked well. *Fans worked well *Blinds worked well *pool good for children *under cover outdoor eating area worked well *Rooftop terrace lovely (except it rained a lot and too much glare and too hot for summer daytime use).

Negative: *Not enough bathrooms - upstairs bedroom sharing with Master suite not ideal. *3 bedrooms on first level sharing one bath / shower, toilet etc less than ideal *Need more bedroom mirrors for dressing. *Need Champagne glasses (not one available) *windowless bunk room felt like it could be a smoke / fire risk *BBQ not clean on arrival (not good to top notch Steak cooking, need more BBQ equip) *main oven not clean on arrival

Summary: well presented house, beds comfortable, quite well equipped, Not enough bathrooms for number of beds
