A newly build villa, located just in front of the beach. The garden is 1,200 sqm, totally flat and full of swings, tree houses and slides. There is also a 70 sqm newly build and fully equipped beach kiosk that includes bbq, music, a 14 seater table, 2 refrigators ideal to spend the entire day there overlooking the family that swims right in front of you. There is 4km long pedestrian road in fron of the villa, ideal for walking and cycling without the noise or the interference of any cars, leading you to a cosmopolitan area full of bars & restaurants. The beach, right in fron of the villa, is sandy, 95% of the days completely calm and with tiny waves for the rest 5%. The waters are shallow for the first 50 meters making it very safe for the kids and elderly people. At the same time, the villa is only 40km away from the main historical sights (Acropolis), 200km from Delphi, very close to the airport (30' drive) and also close to the ports. 5 minutes away (walking) you can find the local market which includes supermarkets, tavernas, bakery shop, mini markets, bars and a summer movie theatre (without a roof) for all the necessary shopping and fun. 1km away from the villa, you can find organised beach bars if you prefer to be in a more busy place rather than the privacy that the villa offers. The villa inside, is fully eqquipped with airconditioning in every room, tv, dvd, wi/fi, dishwsher, washing machine, coffee We provide 3 bicycles to our guests and a wind surfing board. Also, daily housekeeping is included in the price. The location, the setup of the house and garden coupled with the services provided, makes it ideal for any family wanting to explore Athens but leaving on the beach.
