• No Partying Policy:
No parties are allowed on the premises. This includes playing loud music or disturbing neighbors. Guests found breaching this policy will be subject to an additional penalty fee of $1500.
• No Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the building/rooms. Guests caught smoking will face an additional penalty fee of $500.
