The second apartment in this house is rented out permanently. In the apartment you will find a spacious living and dining area, both areas are separated by the kitchen counter.

Summary: The property is very well situated just a few minutes walk from the railway station and town center. It is clean and well maintained, with the benefit of a parking space. It is a comfortable apartment with everything necessary for an excellent holiday.
