Heated in-deck swimming pool with an electric 24 kW heat pump (available upon request). Pool heating must be booked and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival and is available from September to April for an additional $100 per night. Please note that heating is not available during the winter months.
The pool features a concrete, above-ground design with a painted interior and surrounding decking. It is salt-chlorinated with timers, includes a multi-coloured LED light, and comes with a manual roller cover for convenience.

All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process. Local council restrictions apply and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete guest verification within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.
For non-airbnb bookings a security bond hold is charged 3 days before booking and released 7 days post. The bond is $1500.

2. A security deposit via credit card pre-authorisation is required for non-Airbnb bookings, released 7 days post-checkout.
3. Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10:30 PM, including decks, balconies.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. No "schoolies, bucks or hens' bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.
8. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property, with a strict maximum of 8 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
9. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking - There is space for 4 cars.
