Positive: The house is charming and cozy. The jacuzzi is particularly nice. The bubbly was a nice gesture. It is close to many walking trails.

Negative: I explicitly chose a hotel because I didn't want to be treated like an AirBnB guest. Don't be confused; this is not a B&B... this is an AirBnB. The host was rude on departure. We brought our dog with us and he sent me photos of every hair he could find and rudely insisted I pay extra, beyond a pet fee. In the end, I happily paid the pet fee only (€17.50/night). Make sure you let them know ahead of time if you want to bring a pet and they care about the size of the dog and may say no. Also, breakfast for two will cost you €30-45 per day. To call yourself a BnB, you should serve breakfast included. I know this is stated beforehand, but it is still a let down. We ended up running to the grocery store for about €6 for the same meal. The jacuzzi is the real perk. However, there is little privacy between the backyard and the street/club, so you will be smiling at neighbors as you are in the jacuzzi. In addition, the football club is directly across the street, which was noisy certain hours of the weekend. Given the price you must pay for breakfast and the pet fee, I don't think it is worth nearly €250/night.
