Positive: The staff were wonderful and most went out of their way to help us and make the stay really special for our family. They helped us organise a wonderful lunch on the beach and the waiting staff in the restaurants, bar and pool were always on hand to assist. The restaurant manager, Ester was exceptional. Each villas is allocated a host and our host Angel was really helpful and available to sort out whatever we needed from trips to cars and answer (all) our questions).

Negative: The location is on a beautiful beach, but it is a trek from the airport and roads are not great, so be prepared for this. If you have an opportunity ask for a villa from 1-24, ours was a walk to get back to and we had to almost go on to the hotel road to get there. Also the beds were not great, mine had a dip in the mattress and the protector was clearly man made as it made us sweat.

Summary: Beautiful property and fantastic service.
