Tastefully decorated to enhance the seaside ambiance. Perfect for entertaining with numerous options to choose from, including an outdoor entertaining area overlooking the solar heated pool and backyard. This property is ideal for a couple of families or small groups. Ideally located ten minutes walk from the iconic Number 16 Beach, cafe, and general store. You can meander along the walking trails that line the dunes and surf beaches, dine at the local restaurants and cafes, or indulge yourself at the award-winning Peninsula Hot Springs just a few minute's drive away.

A massive front deck allows sunlight to drench the main living zone with high ceilings adding to the feeling of space. The fantastic open plan lounge/dining with stunning kitchen features a large waterfall island bench and is equipped with all the latest appliances including coffee machine and filtrated water tap & TV. You will find another living zone, games/entertainment area located at the back of the house, just perfect for the kids or adults wanting some solitude also with a TV & board games for hours of entertainment. This is also one of three access points to the rear deck, running the entire width of the property, which is equipped with sun-lounges, a gas barbeque, and a 9 piece al fresco dining suite with a large umbrella to keep you shaded from the sun. Grass area beside the pool for the kids to run around on. Modern and tastefully decorated throughout gives this property a contemporary, yet relaxed vibe - making it the perfect beachside getaway!

Fully fenced backyard, so ideal for small children to run around in or a pet (subject to owner approval) .
