THE SPACE:
Our apartment is 55 sq meters (600 sq feet) big, on the 4th floor of a recently renovated house with an elevator. It has a nice bedroom (with a queen-size bed (160*200) and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, induction hob and oven, dishwasher, dishes and vessels are all there for you). In the living room, there is a convertible sofa that can serve as a double bed, and 4K HD TV with Netflix. The bath has a tub, but is also equipped with a shower facility. There is a huge cupboard in the bedroom, many shelves and space for your belongings. You have a dedicated workplace and high-speed wifi connection.

NEIGHBORHOOD description
The place is next to Móricz Zsigmond Square, a public transportation hub of Buda. Metro line 4, numerous tram and bus lines stop right at the corner and you can reach the downtown of Budapest in 10 minutes. If you want to take a short walk, you can just walk up Gellért hill (from which you have a full view of Budapest) or visit a beautiful park with a lake next to the building. Surrounded by plentiful greenery, two terrace restaurants, a concert stage, small pier, tennis club, outdoor gym, children’s playground and a jogging course, Feneketlen-tó (the ‘bottomless lake’) provides ample scope for recreation few steps away from our house.
A shopping mall, fast food and other restaurants, grocery stores within walking distance. Liberty Bridge, river Danube and Central Market are 5-10 minutes away.
