You live in Hamburg-Winterhude, one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city, right in the middle and yet absolutely quiet. The beautiful business streets Gertigstrasse, Mühlenkamp and Poelchaukamp can be reached on foot in a short time. In Winterhude you will find above all charming buildings from the turn of the century, which have been lovingly renovated in recent years. Our apartment is also in a pretty and renovated old building. With direct access to the premises, you are completely independent.
You enter the apartment through the front door and enter the approximately 23sqm large, bright and stylish room, which is divided into a living and dining area. The cozy sofa here is extendable and allows sleeping with a slatted frame and comfortable mattress for 2 people.
The hallway leads to the very quiet bedroom with a double bed and the view of the private terrace with the beautiful, old, curved stone staircase.
The small, bright bathroom with real glass shower, which was completely renovated in December 2014, also goes from the hallway. At the end of the hall you will find a spacious wardrobe, which offers enough space and storage space for your clothes.
Another door opens to the cozy kitchen, where nothing is missing. A two-plate ceramic hob, a dishwasher, a cafissimo machine incl. You will find espresso, café crema and coffee capsules and everything you need to prepare a meal here.
From the kitchen you get to a terrace with an adjacent small garden. You will feel comfortable!
