From the living room glass doors open onto a balcony with sitting area and a fantastic view over the Old town and the Adriatic, a perfectly cozy corner to start and finish off your day.

The apartment is located in the well-known Ploce area, on an elevated part accessible only by stairs. It can be reached by descending approximately 80 steps (stairs) from the upper road, and even more from the bottom road. The Old Town is just a 5-minute walk away, down a set of stairs. However, climbing back up to the apartment from the Old Town would be more convenient by taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing service like Uber, due to the number of stairs involved. The apartment's advantageous position above the Old Town ensures that important historical sights, a grocery store, restaurants, and café bars are all within a 5-7 minute walk. Additionally, the famous Banje beach and the island of Lokrum, accessible by boat from the Old Port, can also be reached within a 7-minute walk from the property.
Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changedonly on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficienttowels and linen will be left in theproperty. *

In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants.
