Positive: very helpful staff, excellent breakfast and dinner - very useful valet parking service. Location is perfect and although in the centre of the city, very quiet. Fantastic decor.

Negative: I feel that they are close to perfection - but not quite so. In my opinion, organisation, attention to detail and a bit more experience in the dining restaurant would fulfil the promise of a 5 star hotel.

Summary: excellent and beautiful hotel on a perfect location
