Positive: Great location, modern styling, local park for kids, surrounded by shops, fuel stations and neighbourhood seems friendly.

Negative: Could do with a larger TV and discharge pipes could do with some noise insulation.

Summary: Great, would stay again, host is great, very friendly and property is lovely.
