The breakfast was continental, with no hot options as expected. The only thing that stopped this from being 5star is that, despite nice touches like an orange juicing machine and plum moelleux cake, there was less than average choice of standard items of prepared fruit and pastries.
This was just a stopover for us on the way back to the ferry from Switzerland, so we didn't spend time in the town other than to view the river from the bridge, and enjoy the local cuisine and ambience at the Bonaventure in the main square.

Summary: We selected this hotel based on the good reviews and indeed we had an excellent stay. We were welcomed by a very nice and friendly host and she made us very welcome. She was very sweet for our dog! The rooms were very nice and the beds and pillows were very good. The hotel is very stylefull with a nice garden with own private parking. We were also very happy that they offer a dinner which was very good. The breakfast was simple but good. We arrived sunday late afternoon and since a lot of restaurants are closed sunday,monday and sometimes tuesday we were glad we could eat a dinner meal at the hotel. So we highly recommend this hotel and we definitly coming back next time!! Thank you so much! We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: From the street this hotel doesn't look promising. But once inside it is really nice and recently completely renovated. There's also a very big back garden (with parking and 2 car chargers).
Tip - on arrival, enter via the carpark gate rather than try the front door.

Summary: We stayed in Pont a Mousson because it was less expensive than Nancy with free parking. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the separate toilet and the comfortable size shower. Our room was on the road and potentially noisy but we brought our own table fan. The room was large enough for a small refrigerator which would have been great.
