Summary: Poor communication before our stay. I sent two messages in the few days before arrival without reply. It took two telephone calls and messages left before my calls were returned. Then communication was good. This is a 'house of multiple occupancy' with people living in it. Shared kitchen with dirty pots in the sink. I had a message complaining about me doing low impact exercise at 8:15am, not unreasonably early. The room was ok but certainly not luxury! There is a fridge but no kettle so you have to go down to the kitchen and then carry the hot drinks back up the steep stairs. There was a bath towel on the floor instead of a bath mat. Would we stay here again?? No. The only plus is it's location if you are going to Wembley.
