Welcome to our home, a large and lovely 4-bedroom detached house with a beautiful landscaped garden on a quiet cul-de-sac next to Gedling Country Park in Nottingham, ideal for families and groups of friends.
Our home is located within 15 minutes’ drive of Nottingham city centre and Nottingham train station, and bus links into the city. Easily accessible from the M1 (15-20 mins), East Midlands airport (30 mins) and Doncaster-Sheffield airport (1 hour). There is driveway parking for 2 vehicles, with free on-street parking for additional vehicles.
There are three double bedrooms available for your use: one king-sized bed & two double beds. An airbed can be set up for a 7th guest in the living room.
A 4th bedroom upstairs, as well as a downstairs study/office will be used to store our personal items and are therefore not available to guests.
There are 3 bathrooms (2 with showers, one with bath) and 1 downstairs toilet i.e. 4 toilets in total.
There is an expansive living room, two dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen with a kettle, toaster, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available in the utility area. Cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils are available. Coffee, tea and milk will be provided.
The gorgeous professionally landscaped garden has 2 sunny patios with a table and chairs, as well as 2 deck chairs.
