Upon arrival to the home you will be in awe of the street front presence with the white façade feature screening which leads you through the glass entry doors to the downstairs covered entertainment/pool area and looks out across the rolling green lawns to the beach and Dunk Island in the backdrop. From the glass entry doors you can also walk upstairs to the expansive living, dining and kitchen area which opens onto a huge beachside balcony with outdoor dining and outdoor kitchen and lounge. The bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry are all located upstairs. The master king suite is light filled and offers its own private balcony overlooking the beachfront. The suite has a luxuriant ensuite and walk in robe.
Bedroom 2 and 3 offer Queen beds and share a two-way bathroom. Bedroom 4 is a spacious King suite with separate full bathroom.
