Steps from a quiet beach with great waves. The house is very clean and comfortable with easy beach access. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. We have now made this into two separate apartments, with kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms both upstairs and down. There is also an outdoor shower. There are kitchen essentials available, including water, but you should pick up groceries on the way in. There are 2 food stores- one at the main highway where you turn onto 461 towards the beach. If you arrive during the day, there is an excellent tiny fruit market there as well. The other store is in the town of Las Lajas. There are restaurants in town for dinner, and also some options on the beach. You can walk along the beach to Las lajas Beach resort and have dinner there. For a simple fried fish in the open air, we always eat at Plinios restaurant, right next door to Johnny Fiestas (which is the local bar).
