Positive: Very well presented apartment. Posy Rooms director Nicola was a prompt communicator. Our stay went perfectly even though it was one night.

Negative: Unfortunately we had late notice that our pet wasn't able to be accommodated, which was the reason we booked the apartment. As mentioned was easy to communicate with the director, Nicola, and we went ahead with the booking after a bit of back and forth. No drama, but early notification would've helped us arrange a cat sitter easier.
