Summary: Just needed to turn up and relax, everything needed was to hand. Obviously been a family home in the past with all the treasures of the past.Loved the various terraces and the area under the Mulberry Trees relaxing in the hammock or in recliners. Peace abd tranquilty and such birdsong including being serenaded by a Nightingale! Stunning setting for a village. Visited inland and the coast (Collioure being our favourite) during our 1 week visit. Temperatures were 31oC on our last day. The only thing I would caution is the staircase to the upper 2 bedrooms, which is not something the family can do anything about. Risky for older people with mobility issues or children. Would love to come back and spend longer here.
