Summary:
Spacious and sunny terrace house on a corner block located in quiet location, overlooking Whites Creek Valley Park but only minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Private home for you to enjoy. Recently renovated with a nice outdoor deck, masterchef kitchen and all modern features to feel right at home.

The Space:
A traditional late 1800's terrace house on the outside but fully renovated with modern facilities inside. A large rear balcony overlooks a park & is the perfect spot for an afternoon nap or to watch the sun set. Located on a corner block with lots of windows creates a light, bright space with open plan living for kitchen, dining & living room.

Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The second bedroom is locked as used by the owner & kitchen cupboards with locks are not accessible.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)

The Neighborhood:
Annandale is a quiet, leafy suburb but only 5kms to Sydney CBD. There are many cafes, parks & the harbour within walking distance. Sydney University & Royal Prince Alfred hospital are a 10 minute drive away.

Getting Around:
Street parking is always available.

The 470 bus stop is a 3 minute walk & the bus takes approximately 20 minutes to reach the CBD. The Rozelle Bay light rail is a 12 minute walk.

Other Things to Note:
There is a lovely community garden on the other side of the park/canal & provides a lovely area for walking. A bbq & seating is available in the park.
