A modern four bedroom home a short walk to the shops, beach and everything St Leonards has to offer. Enjoy two living areas, master bedroom with an open ensuite, four large bedrooms, dining indoors and outdoors and a rear courtyard. There is heating and cooling and gas log fire in the main living area, so this property is comfy all year round. Enjoy the Bellarine Peninsula, with wineries, fishing, beaches and more from this perfect family sized base.
Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV and an open ensuite (no doors). Another double room is at the rear of the property with a queen size bed while the third bedroom has two double single tri bunks sleeping up to 6 people. Upstairs is finished off with a living area and the bathroom, toilet and small balcony. The fourth bedroom is downstairs to the front of the house with a king size bed. The main open plan living area joins the kitchen, dining area and outside patio with a BBQ which leads to the courtyard. All this is maintained by professional cleaners.
There is a short cut to the shops so everything you need is in walking distance - you'll be at the cafes and supermarkets within about 350m or the beach in less than 550m. The outdoor shower is great to rinse off after walking back from the beach
