Positive: The owner of a flat is a very very friendly person, with whom is a no problem with contact in any case. She is so helpful. The room has all the necessary equipment. The kitchen has f.e. a washing machine, a frying pan, pots, a fridge and an induction hob. There is plenty of space in the room for 1 person. In a room is a tv with a lot of channels, quite good mobile phone signal and very nice desk to work (with a lamp). The temperature in a single room is fine. The flat has a good location - approx. 3 min from Burger King, 5 min from shopping center with a huge grocery store Edeka, 5 min from tram stop (from this stop is a direct tram to main railway station, which reach Hauptbahnhof in 19 min). The neighbourhood is a calm and silent place. From my experience I can say that this district is also a nice place to have some running trainings - f.e. the flat is close to the boulevard by the river. From the window in a room is a nice view to the internal garden, not to the street. There are supplies of materials in the utility room, e.g. kitchen or toilet paper, so there is no problem with that. All of the above means that when you come here for a long time you can feel a bit like at home!

Negative: For people who plan to make important online connections in the flat, f.e. video calls - wifi works here generally very well, but sometimes it freezes completely for a few or a dozen or so minutes. There is little natural light in the single room - but you need to keep this in mind when choosing a room in the basement.
