Two separate Mediterranean style studios with a beach-side feel and look are fully self-contained with everything you need for a great holiday. Each studio has off-street parking and private court-yards that have a beautiful tree top outlook of the Leeuwin Ridge, home of the famous Cape to Cape walk track.
Prevelly Park is Margaret River’s original favourite beachside township, a quite coastal, enclave with leafy streets, beach walk trails, cafes and the world famous Surfers Point & Rivermouth beaches. At Margaret River Beach Studios it is an easy walk to the beach for a swim or to Surfer’s Point & Rivermouth beach for a surf, as well as all the beach side cafes. With the Leeuwin National Park as a beautiful backdrop you are in a great spot to take the time and explore all the natural attractions of the area.
We have two open-plan studios, each with their own private entrance, parking and courtyards, creating a private and relaxing atmosphere for your holiday. Both studios are spacious, feature jarrah timber floors, flat screen TV, free wifi, luxurious beds with quality linen and a modern, spacious en-suite bathroom.
With the Leeuwin Nation Park at your backyard you can walk the Cape to Cape Walk tack, cycle to Margaret River on the bicycle trail or play a game of golf at the near by Margaret River Golf Course.
It is only a 5 minute drive to Caves Road, which is the main tourist route to explore the region and visit all the world famous wineries, galleries and caves the south-west is famous for.
